Yes, we can supply the free 10-20g sample except high value products, but the shipping cost must be paid by you. Generally, it is USD45 for the sample shipping fee.

How do I pay the sample fee?
We accept Paypal, Western Union, T/T, or you can just provide your courier's account number. We prefer FEDEX.

How do you treat quality complaints?
If the quality problem is confirmed and caused by us after a Third-Party Test, we will send you free replacement goods or refund your payment.

What's your MOQ and lead time?
Generally, the MOQ is 1kg. For some low-value products, the MOQ is 25kg, and the lead time is within 4-5 working days upon receiving your payment.
