How to Use: Essence Airballs are freeze-dried and contain no water, so they must be dissolved in a liquid skincare product before use. Place one Airball in your palm, then add your usual toner, essence, or serum to dissolve it before applying.
When to Use: The ideal step is after toner, during the serum (essence) stage. If your serum has low water content and a thick, sticky texture, the Airball may not dissolve well. In this case, we recommend dissolving it in toner.

The frequency depends on your skin condition and age:
- Ages 20–early 30s (if skin is not dry): Every 3–4 days
- Late 30s and above (depending on skin needs): Every 1–2 days

Since the main ingredient is hyaluronic acid in a high concentration, you may feel slight stickiness at first. However, this disappears as the product absorbs into the skin. If the initial stickiness feels heavy, try using it with a compatible 2X Serum Series, designed to pair with Essence Airballs.

Yes, it is recommended. Hyaluronic acid can attract up to 1,000 times its weight in water. Applying a moisturizing or nourishing cream after the Essence Airball helps lock in hydration and maximizes the benefits by delivering any remaining active ingredients deeper into the skin.

Each pack contains a desiccant for safety. However, once the seal is broken, we recommend using within 3 months. Store in a dry place, away from moisture.

Pilling may occur if the amount of liquid used is insufficient. Since it is a highly concentrated product, you must dissolve one Airball in at least 1.5ml of liquid (about two full droppers) before applying.
